decision constructor

It happened that business became the most widespread and promising form of people’s interaction. Nowadays even politics is a kind of business (sometimes big, sometimes small). Thus, our ideas in the first place are applied in business organizations.

  • Business is a system based on indirect influence. If we understand this fact, we inevitably come to the idea to study deeply systems’ behavior and what mechanisms the indirect influence has. This is what Core – Forming focuses on.

We combined in one process an experience of “Alfa – technology’s” work, of many expensive experiments in many organizations.

Now the results of our practice are quite acceptable in an Interclass and in applied Core-forming planning.

The whole is bigger than the parts. It’s mathematics.

The System realization and Myth creation are applied to:

  • an environment (a market);
  • an organization (a company, a firm);
  • people (employees, clients, partners);
  • a person.

Here we consider a person as a business – system.

Levels and applications

Two above-mentioned approaches can be applied to each level of the environment, the organization, people, and the person. Thus these approaches are based on the idea of a “constructor”.

There are 8 variants of their application:

  • Systems – in the environment, the organization, people, and the person;
  • Myths – in the environment, the organization, people, and the person.

Moreover, each of these variants can be realized in two ways. The first way is called “The Core forming” – here we realize an immediate work with one of these approaches or with their combination. The second one – “Interclass” – lies in specialists training how to use these approaches.

We can work by ourselves or teach this other people.

The Core – forming project

Core – forming is a special technology of searching, forming, and using the key elements of any business structure for getting a result.

The consequence of Core-forming processes

  1. Setting a goal;
  2. Creation of a systemic map of the environment, organization, relationships, human factor;
  3. Detaching of the key points: critically important elements and connections;
  4. Making a suggestion how to use the key points for system’s transformation;
  5. Creation of a plan to inculcate changes;
  6. Working out of technique peculiarities of each plan stage;
  7. The plan realization and getting results;
  8. Accompanying to this stabilized system.

The Core-forming lets use unobvious system’s

peculiarities for its changing and development.

What opportunities does it give?

When we realize this consequence on the abovementioned levels we’ll have an opportunity to investigate market, to work out marketing, advertising and PR – campaigns, to organize mass influence, to form and transform business systems, to inculcate corporative and personal myths, to make Direct and Indirect actions, and to consult Top and medium management.

THE INTERCLASS

The interactive class is a complex form of training. It includes information, exercises and practical situations. It’s known that people learn better when he has his own experience. A person is learning when he collides with a problem which can’t be solved ordinary; when he has to mobilize his skills, experience, surmises, intuition, and intellect. We consider such training format to be the most successful.

A person learns better with his own experience. So, we give such experience.

Thus, our courses of specialists training are based not only on giving technical information, but also on systematic exercises and solving different practical problems. The specially selected exercises make participants use skills given during previous exercises. In this way people deeply investigate the material on experimental and practical level.

The systemic approach to the environment lies in power revelation and its usage.

The Core – forming of the environment: the market and the society

Deep examination of the systemic elements and connections, competitors, brands, marketing strategies, government and economical tendencies, and unification of all these data help to find out the most successful ways of positioning. That’s what the market Core – forming gives representatives of modern business. Particularly the same opportunities can be used in political campaigns.

The systemic approach to the organization: structure building.

Core – forming: business – organization

Each business organization is a system. It can be organized in such a way that it’ll be constantly giving a good result, or vice versa, bad results (rush job, losses). Well – established written and unwritten rules, well – organized firm development help to build such a business system that its disadvantages will be compensated by its structure. And in this case the management will be busy with a company development but not its keeping afloat.

Any business has its structure.

The Interclass: business – structure building

A business has its structure, to be more precise, structures, successful and unsuccessful.

We can:

  • recognize a structure;
  • compare it with successful ones;
  • change it and/or
  • build a new one.

The last point is easier to realize, especially with a systemic organizational consulting. This can also be done by:

  • our life;
  • a consulter;
  • an inner specialist.

A SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS: INDIRECT INFLUENCE.

The Core – forming: Indirect influence

There are so many situations when the Direct influence is unacceptable: selling, negotiations, bargains, specialists enticing, and so-called “charisma”. We can either teach all these techniques, or offer our services with already trained specialists. The last variant is much better if a problem is tactically not big.

Charisma is a bright example of Indirect influence.

The Interclass: Indirect actions strategies

The Indirect influence differs from the Direct one by the fact that somebody pays for us. This somebody may know or not about it, everything depends on our relationships. By the way, that one who will pay for you may not be exactly a person, it can be everything else. For example, the force of gravity, people’s prejudices, systemic archetypes. And the most important thing here is that we don’t “attack a height”, we just have something or somebody that lead us to the desirable result, or they “drive” in a right direction by themselves.

A systemic approach to a person: self management.

The Core – forming: VIP – consultations

You can arrange for a while all the work connected with self organization and self discipline on a VIP – consultant. It’s very useful if you have difficult and rush period in your life, as a kind of additional source (like a personal councilor, a personal secretary, or a deputy). The VIP – consultant helps to work out an individual changing program and realize it with no mistakes and little expences.

The Interclass: “A Personal Map”

“A Personal Map” is a seminar which allows revealing the most important elements in a person’s mind and investigating it.

Such investigation gives an idea of:

  • strong and weak points;
  • internal connections between person’s character and the internal systems elements;
  • their successful usage;
  • compensating or developing of weak points.

The Personal Map suggests ways of intensive influence on a person’s mind.

Then on the base of the previous investigation the participants will compare their own Maps with an organizational Map. It’ll help them to:

  • find out the spheres where people will work more effectively;
  • reveal lack of correspondence between external and internal structures, and find ways how to change it.
  • Work out the most effective ways of development according to its internal management structure.

Myth introduction into environment: Mass Influence

The Core – forming: a mass myth

A profound myth investigation within one or another market (including a political one) lets work out and transfer such thoughts and beliefs that are desirable for us and that can provide desirable mass reaction (for instance, demand stimulation). This work is primarily based either on the systemic approach or on the Unified Influence Structure.

The mass myth provokes the mass behavior.

A qualitative myth introduction consists of  PR, marketing, publicity and other less traditional means of influence.

The Interclass: Building and transformation of a myth

The Unified Influence Structure functions on a base of the technology of myth – building. The structured myth building gives an opportunity to maintain the mass myth as a long-term public campaign and PR – technology. The myth – building structure is a strict technology.

The mass influence is based on a system of myths.

MYTH INTRODUCTION INTO AN ORGANIZATION: CULTURE

The Core – forming: a corporative myth / inner PR

With a consequent work of a firm management rumors, unobvious rules, unwritten laws within an organization compose a corporative myth. It’s beneficial to:

  • The owners: if the employees are proud of their organization and like to work there, the owners can decrease the direct expenses (salary increasing) and the indirect (low loyalty of a staff).
  • The managers: when the employees don’t perceive their own part of work as a difficult one, but as important for the whole firm, it becomes easier to manage, the motivation increases and the results come faster.
  • The employees: the corporative myth makes the relationships more comfortable and pleasant with colleagues and bosses, lowers stress factors and supports a person’s self evaluation.

The Interclass: a training course for collaborators of the firm’s PR department

The corporative myth’s building and introduction can be done by an outside specialists. But its maintenance should be realized by specially trained firm’s employees. These specialists can be trained on seminars or during a process of myth creation with a technologists’ help.

The corporative myth is cheaper and easier to maintain than to restore.

Reputation and aureole can be specially created and transferred into a necessary environment. A personal myth and charismatic image can make the problems with clients, partners, employees, and competitors easier.

Our speech doesn’t give any information; words don’t contain any sense and meanings. The speech is a behavior which aims for changing or maintaining other people’s behavior. This attitude to our speech helps to use the technical patterns effectively for achieving your goals. On a seminar you’ll get such patterns as Direct and Indirect message, reasoning traps, pseudo-logic, and the Milton – model.

The Core – forming: internal sources

A personal skill (that we transfer) to manage emotions, states, beliefs, values, conscious and unconscious sources, memory, self efficiency can increase the number of considerable results. It’s especially important for managers.

The Interclass: the guided intuition

Just image that our unconscious obtains considerably more information and abilities to find ways of solving problems than our conscious. So the unconscious decisions may not be right, but they take into account more objective factors. Thus, we can believe that the unconscious decisions are the best among other acceptable variants.
